6th International Conference of SLFUE 2017

The Sri Lanka Forum of University Economists (SLFUE) is a network of all Departments and Units of Economics within the Sri Lankan university system which was initiated in 2012 with the objective of promoting closer co-operation, dialogue, collaborative research and mutual enhancement among the academics in the field of Economics. As the major annual event, SLFUE organizes the Sri Lanka Economics Research Conference (SLERC) enabling academics and researchers in the field of Economics to discuss and deliberate their findings, publish their research work and disseminate the knowledge that will emerge to the wider public and policy makers. The first international conference of SLFUE was successfully held in University of Colombo in 2012 , the second was held in University of Peradeniya in 2013 ,the third was held in University of Ruhuna in 2014,  the fourth was held in the University of Jayawardanapura in 2015 and the fifth was held in the University of Kelaniya in 2016. We are now pleased to announce that the sixth international Conference of SLFUE is to be held in Rajarata University of Sri Lanka .
